What you get

Everything you need to be exam-ready. Nothing you don't.

Studying for the UTME shouldn't mean guessing what to read. JambPrep gives every candidate the same structure a good tutorial centre gives — for the price of a recharge card.

Curated, syllabus-mapped content

Every lesson is tied to a specific JAMB objective — not a loose playlist. Short readable notes, worked examples and a summary sheet you can revise the morning of the exam.

Real CBT mock exams

Practise in an interface that mirrors the JAMB computer-based test: same timer, same navigation, same pressure. Walk into the hall having already sat the exam a dozen times.

Adaptive weak-topic drills

JambPrep watches which objectives you keep missing and rebuilds tomorrow's practice set around them, so study time goes where the marks are actually being lost.

Progress tracking that means something

A predicted UTME score, topic-by-topic mastery bars and a readiness date. You always know how far you are from your target institution's cut-off.

Offline and data-light

Download a subject once and practise all week with no data. Built to run smoothly on entry-level Android phones, because that is what most students actually carry.

Detailed solutions, not just answers

Every question ends with a worked solution and three similar past questions, so a wrong answer turns into a topic you have finally understood.

How it works

Three habits between you and your cut-off mark.

Short, timed sets that fit around school and prep. Every wrong answer feeds tomorrow's drill.

Sit full mocks, watch the score climb

Weekly CBT mocks turn into a predicted score and a readiness date you can actually plan around.

Why JambPrep

The gap between free past questions and expensive video lessons.

Question-bank sites give you volume without structure. Video apps give you polish at a price most families can't sustain. Tutorial centres give you discipline, but only if you can travel and pay. JambPrep is built for the middle: structured, measured, affordable, and usable on the phone already in your pocket.

Categories above describe the kinds of products Nigerian candidates use today — online question banks and past-question portals, subscription video-tutorial apps, and in-person tutorial or prep classes. Comparison reflects our own product plan and may differ from any individual provider's current offering.

Built for schools

We sell to schools. Students get the benefit.

Convincing thousands of teenagers to subscribe one by one is a slow business. Convincing one vice principal to equip an entire SS3 set is a fast one. JambPrep licenses to secondary schools and lesson centres, who roll it out to their students at a per-seat rate — the school gets visibility, the student gets the full app, and families pay far less than a tutorial centre charges.

Bulk student accounts

Upload a class list once and every student is enrolled, streamed by subject combination and ready to practise the same day.

Teacher dashboard

See which topics a whole set is failing before the mock, not after it — and assign targeted practice in two clicks.

Scheduled termly mocks

Run a supervised, timed UTME mock for the entire year group, then export ranked results and per-topic breakdowns.

Simple per-student licence

One invoice per term, discounted per seat, no app store payments to chase. Lesson centres get the same terms.

I used to read the whole textbook and still panic in the hall. Now I know exactly which topics are costing me marks, and the mock timer stopped scaring me.

We licensed it for our whole SS3 set. Before the last mock I could already see that half the class was losing marks on redox reactions, so we taught it again.

Questions

Everything students and schools ask us.

01Which exams does JambPrep cover?

JambPrep is built around the JAMB/UTME syllabus, with practice banks that also carry students through WAEC and NECO topics. Every question is mapped to the exact syllabus objective it tests, so nothing you study is wasted effort.

02How much does it cost?

₦500 per month (roughly $0.33) for the full student plan — deliberately priced so a secondary school student can afford it from pocket money. There is also a free tier with daily practice, and discounted per-student licences for schools and lesson centres.

03Will it work on a cheap phone with little data?

Yes. JambPrep is designed for entry-level Android phones. Lessons and question sets download once and then run offline, so a full mock exam costs you no data at all.

04How is this different from the tutorial-video apps?

Video libraries teach; JambPrep gets you exam-ready. Everything is organised around timed CBT practice that mirrors the real JAMB interface, plus analytics that tell you exactly which topics are costing you marks and what to revise next.

05Can my school licence JambPrep for all its students?

That is our main model. Schools and lesson centres licence JambPrep per student at a reduced rate and get a teacher dashboard, class-by-class performance reports and termly mock exams that can be scheduled for a whole set at once.

06Do parents get to see progress?

Parents can be linked to a student account and receive a short weekly summary — hours practised, topics mastered and the current predicted score — without needing to look over anyone's shoulder.
